Fête de l'Enfant is a creative and educational platform for families. We respect your privacy and your children's privacy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
- Name and email address when you create your account.
- Family profile information (family name, children's first names and ages, profile photo) that you enter voluntarily.
- Creations and content you generate and save (books, comics, stories, drawings, games).
- Payment data processed securely by our provider Stripe. We do not store any banking details.
Purposes
- To provide and improve the platform's services.
- To send you confirmations, reminders and, if you have opted in, news and invitations.
- To manage the affiliate program and commissions.
No sale to third parties
We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. No third-party advertising runs on the platform.
Children's data
We only collect what is strictly necessary about children: first name, age and, optionally, an avatar. We never ask for a child's full name, school, phone, email, address or photo. Under-13s do not have an independent account.
Parental consent (under-15s)
In accordance with French law, consent from a child under 15 is required together with that of the holder of parental authority for any processing concerning them. Participation happens under an adult's responsibility.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection over your data at any time. You can also delete your account from your profile. To exercise these rights, write to contact@smartinvestorleader.com.
