Service description

Fête de l'Enfant is a creative and educational platform offering AI-assisted creation tools, games, events and a shop. Lifetime access is offered at a one-time price of €47.

Accounts

You must create an account to access protected features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Children use the platform under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

Acceptable use

• You agree to use the platform respectfully and legally.
• You do not post inappropriate, violent or discriminatory content.
• You do not attempt to access other users' data.
• Spam and deceptive practices in the affiliate program are prohibited.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your creations. By publishing a creation publicly, you authorize its display on the platform. The platform, its name, logo and educational content remain the property of Fête de l'Enfant.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". AI may generate imperfect content; you remain responsible for verifying and using your creations. Fête de l'Enfant cannot be held liable for content generated by AI.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
